Easily five stars - I couldn't of had a better realtor. Jimmy was not only professional, but very personable which made the home buying process very relaxed. He is an open book and believes in the "no surprise" approach when it comes to walking you through buying your new home. He truly cares about getting you into something you love and with the housing market being crazy with demand...I would be lying if I said Jimmy didn't shoot me quick texts late at night every now and then mentioning new homes that just got listed to potentially jump on. That, coupled with his passion for the NWA area you're going to learn something about the region you never knew before. And I've lived here for 12+ years! ~ Peter K

My experience working with Jimmy has been nothing but exceptional. He is always very informative about important aspects of the region especially for someone who didn't live there, which always made tough decisions a little easier. I know that he works extremely hard behind the scenes to ensure successful sales and always put my and my family's concerns first. Awesome!! Jimmy Williams made the process of selling my parents' home a breeze. When my mom became ill, I knew selling the house was imminent. I called Jimmy to ask some questions about the market, not knowing that a few months later he would eventually list the property for us. Jimmy helped us sell our home in Bella Vista very quickly and for a decently higher price than a different realtor had suggested we list. He was experienced, friendly, and professional. In anticipation of our relocation to Colorado we met with Jimmy a year before we closed on our house in NWA. Jimmy helped me find the perfect lot for my new house as well as sell my current house. Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with. We came in from out of town and didn’t know the area. He listened to our needs and preferences and arranged all the showings and even picked us up at the hotel.
